The hotel offers big and clean rooms, although the bathroom is small. The room service is on the expensive side. The service provided was great, with a very friendly and helpful staff. My stay at the hotel was simply delightful! The rooms were clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was always helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right above the metro line and in the heart of the vibrant Brera district. However, the jacuzzi not working was a bit of a letdown. The dining experience was great on the first morning, offering a lovely selection, but I wish there were more food options available. Overall, a fantastic choice for my stay in Milano.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The room was perfect with a Jacuzzi, even though it faced the main Berra street where the No 2 tram runs. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no Jacuzzi as stated. The view overlooked the tram road, giving it a unique touch. The location was ideal in the heart of Brera, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and designer shops. The service was exceptional, especially from Lisa who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The dining experience had a good selection of cold meats and bread but could have offered more variety. The hotel facilities were great, including a romantic spa. Overall, a nice stay with some minor inconveniences.
